COURSEYou do not need prior certification. You do not need a classroom. You just need a starting point.
Begin with the Free Ronin Level and start building practical Lean capability immediately.
“I completed the Ninja and Ronin levels in one month. Within six weeks of applying VSM at my plant, we had cut our lead time by 35%. This is the most practical Lean training I’ve ever done.”
“Before this, I understood some Lean terms but didn’t feel confident speaking up in plant meetings. After Ronin and Ninja, I stopped feeling behind — and leadership started treating me like someone who could lead improvement work.”
“What changed wasn’t just my knowledge. It was how I showed up. I could finally explain problems clearly, propose the right actions, and be taken seriously.”
If you are new to Lean, start with the free Ronin level. It costs nothing and gives you a solid foundation. If you already have experience with basic Lean concepts and are actively working in operations or improvement roles, the Ninja level is likely the right starting point. If you lead improvement projects or manage CI teams, consider Samurai or Shogun directly
Yes. Every paid membership includes the full content of all lower levels. A Samurai member has access to all Ronin, Ninja, and Samurai courses. A Shogun member has access to everything on the platform.
Yes. You can upgrade your membership at any time. When you upgrade, you gain immediate access to the additional content of your new level. Contact our team for details on how upgrade pricing is applied.
At the end of 12 months, your access to paid-level content will not renew automatically unless you choose to renew. Your Ronin-level access (free) is not affected — you will always retain access to that content.
Certificates are issued by LeanTrainings and recognized by the Kaizen Coach international network. They are verifiable digital credentials you can share on LinkedIn and professional profiles. They represent completion of structured, practitioner-designed Lean training — not regulatory licensing bodies.
