COURSEFour steps from enrollment to verified credential.
No manual requests — it’s fully automated.
Certificates are issued by LeanTrainings and carry the Kaizen Coach International seal. They are recognised within the Kaizen Coach practitioner network. They are verifiable digital credentials — not regulatory licences — designed to validate that you have completed structured, practitioner-designed Lean training and passed its assessments.
Yes. Every certificate has a unique shareable URL that you can paste directly into the LinkedIn “Licences & Certifications” section. Anyone who clicks the link will see the verified certificate. You can also download the PDF to attach to job applications or email it to a manager.
When you pass the final quiz of a course, the LeanTrainings platform automatically marks the course as complete and generates your certificate. No request needed. You will see a download button appear in your course dashboard within seconds of completing the assessment.
Yes. All certificates you earn are permanently saved in your account. Upgrading your membership gives you access to additional courses and new certificates — it does not affect the ones you have already earned. Your Ronin certificates remain valid even as a Shogun member.
Each membership gives you 12 months of access from the date of purchase. Complete your courses and earn your certificates within that window. Contact us if you need an extension before your access expires.
Yes. You can retake course assessments. The platform tracks your best score. There is no penalty for retaking — use the quiz as a learning tool as much as a certification gate.
“I completed the Ninja and Ronin levels in one month. Within six weeks of applying VSM at my plant, we had cut our lead time by 35%. This is the most practical Lean training I’ve ever done.”
“Before this, I understood some Lean terms but didn’t feel confident speaking up in plant meetings. After Ronin and Ninja, I stopped feeling behind — and leadership started treating me like someone who could lead improvement work.”
“What changed wasn’t just my knowledge. It was how I showed up. I could finally explain problems clearly, propose the right actions, and be taken seriously.”
