Le 4 Macro Fasi del Modello Lean Office

Il modello Lean Office prevede dodici passi propedeutici per la sua implementazione negli Uffici. Di seguito sono elencate le quattro macro fasi, secondo l’ordine cronologico previsto, ovvero:
- Fase di Preparazione
- Fase Pilota
- Fase di espansione o deployment
- Fase di consolidamento
Per l’implementazione del modello Lean Office sono previsti tre moduli di seguito descritti.
