No. The Shogun membership includes all content from Ronin, Ninja, Samurai, and Shogun. However, the Shogun curriculum assumes solid operational Lean knowledge. If you are new to Lean, we recommend starting with the Ronin or Ninja level first.
After purchasing your Shogun membership, you’ll receive a link to schedule a private 60-minute session with a Kaizen Coach consultant. You can use this session to discuss a specific improvement challenge, a deployment question, or any topic from the curriculum that you want to explore in depth.
Monthly live Q&A sessions are scheduled and announced to Shogun members in advance. Sessions are conducted in a small-group format and recordings are made available to members who cannot attend live.
Yes — the Shogun curriculum is specifically designed for people who deploy Lean beyond their own role: operations directors, continuous improvement managers, internal coaches, and external consultants who need to build and sustain Lean systems at an organizational level.
Certificates are issued by LeanTrainings and recognized by the Kaizen Coach international network. They are verifiable digital credentials you can share on LinkedIn and professional profiles. They represent completion of structured, practitioner-designed Lean training — not regulatory licensing bodies.
