No. The Samurai membership includes all Ninja and Ronin content. However, the Samurai curriculum assumes familiarity with core Lean tools — if you are completely new to Lean, we recommend starting with Ronin first.
The Samurai level covers Six Sigma fundamentals and the DMAIC approach as it applies in a Lean context. It is a solid introduction to data-driven problem solving, designed to complement — not replace — a full Six Sigma Black Belt programme.
Samurai members receive priority responses to email questions within one business day. If you are applying course content to a real project and need guidance, you can reach the Kaizen Coach Team directly.
The Shogun level is the highest level on the platform — covering strategic Lean deployment, Hoshin Kanri, enterprise transformation, and how to coach Lean teams. It is designed for those who want to lead Lean at an organizational level.
Certificates are issued by LeanTrainings and recognized by the Kaizen Coach international network. They are verifiable digital credentials you can share on LinkedIn and professional profiles. They represent completion of structured, practitioner-designed Lean training — not regulatory licensing bodies.
