Management By Objectifs is a method of management developed by Peter Drucker and George S. Odiorne. This style of management is based on the cascading down of the company goals through the organisation chart; from the top management to the first collaborator.

The first step of the MBO method to manage a company? “To define clearly your objectif before to engage humans and economics resources to seeking its achievement”.
- The managers engage for each of their area to the common goals definition at which everybody have to participate.
- Every member of the work group must in relationship with the announced goals be capable to annonce their responsabilites areas and the results they want to achieve.
- Every person knows his goals and prepare an action plan to achieve them and their activity is evaluated on the results feedback.
