FAQ
Common questions about memberships
Do I need to complete Ronin first?

The Ninja membership includes all Ronin content, so you can access foundational courses as well. If you already completed Ronin, you’ll simply pick up from the Ninja curriculum.

What does "12 months of access" mean?

You get unlimited access to all Ninja-level (and Ronin-level) courses for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can revisit any lesson as many times as you want during that period. At the end of 12 months, you can renew to keep access.

Are the templates usable in real projects?

Yes. All downloadable templates are designed to be used directly in real operational improvement projects — not just educational exercises. You can adapt them to your context.

What comes after Ninja?

After completing Ninja, you can advance to the Samurai level — where the focus shifts to complex problem solving, A3 methodology, TPM, Six Sigma fundamentals, and Lean leadership skills.

Are the certificates officially recognized?

Certificates are issued by LeanTrainings and recognized by the Kaizen Coach international network. They are verifiable digital credentials you can share on LinkedIn and professional profiles. They represent completion of structured, practitioner-designed Lean training — not regulatory licensing bodies.
